SENIOR PASTOR
FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH, STUTTGART AR
Currently serving as the Senior Pastor of a prominent church in a small town of around 10,000. Having come to the church at the height of the COVID pandemic, the church has come back to a thriving congregation and regular growth in our Children and Student Ministries, as well as significant growth among young adults and young families.
My wife and I have started a Young Adult Ministry (18-29-year-olds) and have seen numerous people from this demographic join the church and get involved in ministry.

ASSOCIATE PASTOR/STUDENT PASTOR
THE CHURCH AT ROCK CREEK, LITTLE ROCK AR
Oversaw the entire student ministry arm of the church. This included weekly teaching and discipleship, training volunteers, planning the course direction of the ministry, and creating outreach events. I oversaw a team of 50 volunteers and two interns throughout my ministry years. I also developed our leadership training materials, local and foreign mission experiences, and hosted our own summer beach camp and spring and fall retreats.
In September 2016, I transitioned into an Associate Pastor role at the church. As Associate Pastor, I oversaw our First Impressions, Online Content, and Missions Ministries. This includes First Time Guest strategies, follow-up, and our online presence (website, social media, church app). I also coordinated multiple teams on foreign mission experiences to Nicaragua, the Dominican Republic, and Alaska.
March 2007 - August 2011
DIRECTOR OF STUDENT EVANGELISM AND FAMILY MINISTRIES
ILLINOIS BAPTIST STATE ASSOCIATION, SPRINGFIELD IL
Served as a North American Missionary in Illinois, overseeing the Student Evangelism and Family Ministry efforts for the state convention in Illinois. This included training student leaders, teaching workshops, aiding churches in their student ministry strategies and processes, and networking among leaders of 1,000 churches across the state.
Was also in charge of coordinating two large events in the state: Youth Encounter (a multi-day event for teenagers that encouraged and trained in evangelism) and Super Summer (a week-long camp to prepare students for an evangelistic lifestyle).
July 2003 - August 2007
STUDENT PASTOR
FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH, NEWPORT AR
Oversaw the total student ministry program of FBC Newport. This included teaching, disciple-making, planning events, and recruiting and training volunteer leadership.
Also, I oversaw the recreational arm of the church in our Family Life Center. This included church recreational activities and schedules, Directing Upward Basketball and Cheerleading, and scheduling outside use of our facilities.
January 2001-July 2003
STUDENT & EDUCATION PASTOR, SWANSEA, IL
Served as student and education pastor for Swansea Church in Swansea, IL. Worked closely with the pastor in developing the total student ministry as well as outreach and educational systems for the congregation.
March 1991- December 2000
